American Mission Hospital

American Mission Hospital (AMH) has provided modern medical services to the residents of Bahrain and the Arabian Gulf for more than 100 years. As a nonprofit hospital, AMH provides modern medical care on a not-for-profit basis for more than 100,000 outpatients every year.

Dormitory Fees

Dormitory fees for the school year 2009/10 are Bahrain Dinars 2,312.500 per semester. That is BD 4.625 per year.

If your child does not have medical coverage in Bahrain we can offer subsidized medical insurance at the American Mission Hospital for BD 100 per year.

We can supply bed linen although some students prefer their own comforter and pillows and you will need to supply towels and toiletries.

We have no uniform and the dress code is student friendly.

School Fees

School fees for the school year 2009/10 are US$12,984 per semester. That is US$ 25,968 per year. Books are covered by the tuition but occasionally students buy the odd book such as study guides for particular courses. You have to supply note books and pens etc. DOdea also have a fund which covers travel expenses if the student joins a sport or academic activity that requires travel abroad. We participate in DoDEA schools sports and academic programs so that students get the chance to travel to other DoDEA school in Europe.
